For Rancher SEV 5.1 bookings and other eligible advance bookings, customers may pay a booking advance to reserve their position.

The ₹5,000 booking advance is fully refundable within 30 days from the date of payment.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on banking and payment provider timelines.
